Charlene Nunez is a dynamic and compassionate bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist dedicated to empowering individuals and families to achieve their fullest potential. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and Licensure in Social Worker, Charlene brings a fresh and diverse perspective, wealth of energy, and cultural sensitivity to her therapeutic practice.
Drawing from a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, Charlene utilizes evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy to help clients navigate a variety of challenges. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, or acculturation stress, Charlene tailors her interventions to meet the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of each individual or family she serves.
Charlene is currently accepting new clients and welcomes clients of all backgrounds and identities to embark on a journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery to achiever their personal goals together.
